The barracks bag, or laundry bag, is an unsung staple within the US military. Designed as a simple way for Service Members to manage their laundry, this cotton-canvas bag is basically a smaller and softer version of the Duffle Bag for light duty chores. Thick draw strings bound through metal eyelets allow you to cinch the bag shut, and can also be used to hang the bag up or assist with transport. The bag itself is deceptively spacious, able to contain a couple weeks worth of laundry, a seasons worth of cold weather gear, or a bed spread with ease. And when empty, they'll fold or roll up small and light enough to fit in your pocket.
This bag can obviously be used for its intended purpose, to haul clothes to the laundrymat and keep them off the floor in the meantime. Condition Guide
- All Barracks Bags are in Good condition and may show minor signs of use including some fading and discoloration as well as minor abrasions. All bags are an olive green, but come in a variety of shades, and may or may not have stenciling printed on them such as "US". They are free of any significant damage that would impact form or functionality.
